Information we process
To operate a transfer, HubTransfer processes file names, sizes, file content, packaging or compression details, transfer codes, upload status and technical request data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps and error logs.
If you contact us, we process the name, email address and message you provide. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
File handling and retention
Transfer contents are uploaded over HTTPS to private temporary cloud storage. A recipient with the transfer code or link can request the associated files. Current transfer records expire after 24 hours. We may remove content sooner for abuse prevention, legal compliance, capacity management or technical maintenance.
Optional analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and whether file sending or receiving is started or completed. We do not send file names, transfer codes, contact details or message content to Analytics. Analytics remains off unless you choose “Allow analytics,” and you can change that choice from the footer.
