What you can report
Use the reporting process for material that may violate applicable law, another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, or the HubTransfer Terms of Service. Examples include malware, phishing kits, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, unlawful exploitation and unauthorised distribution of copyrighted work.
Do not download suspicious material in order to investigate it yourself. Preserve the transfer code or link, the context in which you received it and any relevant screenshots that do not expose private content.
Provide enough information to act
Reports should identify the active five-character code, explain the concern in clear language and provide a reliable way to contact you. Include the approximate time, applicable country or law where relevant, and the relationship between you and the affected material. False, vague or automated reports may delay review.
Because standard transfers are short-lived, report urgent safety matters promptly. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement service instead of relying only on an online form.
Copyright reports
A copyright report should identify the original protected work, identify the HubTransfer code or link complained of, explain why the use is not authorised, and include the reporting party's contact information and authority to act. By submitting, you confirm in good faith that the information is accurate.
HubTransfer may request clarification before acting. We may remove or disable a transfer, preserve limited records where legally required, and respond to valid counter-notices or legal process as applicable.
Submit the report
Use the official HubTransfer contact form, select Copyright or abuse report, and place the relevant facts in the message. Do not attach the allegedly unlawful file and do not include passwords.
Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome. We assess available information, the temporary status of the transfer, our terms and applicable obligations. We may restrict abusive use and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
