Using HubTransfer
HubTransfer provides temporary tools for uploading, packaging, sharing and downloading files. You may use the service only if you can legally agree to these terms and must follow applicable law.
Your files and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for every file you upload or share. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions, that the content is lawful and safe, and that sharing it does not violate another person’s privacy, copyright or contractual rights.
You are responsible for sending transfer codes only to intended recipients and for keeping your own backup. HubTransfer is a transfer service, not permanent storage.
Transfer limitations
The current maximum is 50 GB per transfer and the standard expiry is 24 hours. Limits may differ by deployment, browser, infrastructure capacity or future service tier. We may rate-limit, reject or end transfers that threaten reliability, security or fair use.
Accounts are not currently required for the standard workflow. If account-based features are introduced, separate account conditions may apply.
Availability and changes
We work to keep HubTransfer available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular speed or successful delivery. Performance depends on networks and systems outside our control. We may change, suspend or discontinue features and may update these terms with a revised effective date.
